The Crown Inn, Newcastle

The purchase of The Crown Inn was completed on February 21st, 2025.  The Crown is now owned by Newcastle Parish Council.

We thank all those who have supported us and assisted with our bid for grant funding. Without this, we would not have been successful in obtaining the funds required to buy our village pub.

We are grateful to The Community Ownership Fund Team for ensuring that our successful bid was processed expeditiously. Also, to Robin and Lorraine at PCB Solicitors for their efforts in completing the conveyancing.
